Cariuma is all about creating comfortable shoes that not only look good, but are also good for the environment – and one of those styles is a best-selling skate shoe that just got a makeover. The result is a slip-on skate shoe designed for ease, performance and durability, which launched on June 21 in honor of Go Skateboarding Day.

Crafted from premium LWG-certified suede and organic cotton canvas, the trainers have a laceless design that makes them incredibly easy to slip on and off. They feature a reinforced toe box that resists tearing, as well as a snug-fitting midfoot band that secures your arches and an organic cork insert made with mamona oil to provide superior comfort while walking. (or skating). Additionally, the bottom of each shoe is made from a 100% non-slip natural rubber with a unique design for shock absorption and grip.
They’re great for activities where you need to quickly put on your shoes and go, like walking your dog, running errands, and going through the TSA line at the airport. The new Cariuma Slip-On Skate shoes are made to order to ensure the company doesn’t create excess pairs either. You can pre-order a pair now for $85 in five different colors, and they should ship no later than July 29.
As with all Cariuma styles, the brand will plant two trees in the Brazilian rainforest through its own on-site reforestation program. Shoes that are stylish, affordable, comfortable and good for the planet? Yes please.
